Short-Term Vacation Rental
This Short-Term Vacation Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the Host, Bharat Singh Rathore ("Host"), and the Guest ("Booker"/"Guest") as of the date of booking. By proceeding with the booking, the Guest agrees to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below.

2. Booking Details

Check-in Time: From 14:00 hours (2:00 PM) onwards

Check-out Time: By 10:00 hours (10:00 AM)

Maximum Number of Guests: As per the booking voucher

Total Rental Fee: As per the booking

Security Deposit: ₹1000 per room (Refundable)
3. Payment and Cancellation Policy

The total rental amount is payable as per the booking voucher terms.

Flexible Cancellation: Full refund if canceled 7 days or more before check-in. No refund if canceled within 7 days of the check-in date.
4. House Rules
-
Smoking: Permitted only in outdoor areas. Strictly no smoking indoors.

Pets: Pets are allowed. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets and ensuring no damage is caused.

Parties/Events: Allowed only with prior approval from the Host.

Quiet Hours: From 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please respect neighbors and maintain minimal noise levels during these hours.

Registered Guests Only: Only guests listed in the booking are permitted to stay overnight.

All other rules mentioned in the first page of this document.
5. Guest Responsibilities

Treat the property with care and leave it in the condition it was found.

Report any damages, breakages, or maintenance issues to the Host promptly.

Return all keys, remotes, or access items provided at check-in.
-
Dispose of garbage in designated bins and follow waste disposal instructions provided by the Host.
6. Host Responsibilities

Ensure the property is clean and in good condition at the time of check-in.

Provide essentials such as linens, toiletries, and basic amenities.

Address reasonable maintenance requests or concerns in a timely manner.
7. Security Deposit Policy
-
A refundable security deposit of ₹1000 per room is collected at check-in.

The deposit will be refunded within 2 days after check-out, provided no damage, missing items, or house rule violations are identified.
8. Liability Disclaimer

The Guest agrees that the use of the property is at their own risk.

The Host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss of personal belongings incurred while on the premises.

Guests are responsible for the actions and safety of their children and pets at all times.
9. Termination
-
The Host reserves the right to cancel the booking or terminate the stay without refund if the Guest breaches any terms of this Agreement, including violation of house rules.
10. Governing Law
-
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rajasthan, India.
Agreement Acceptance

By proceeding with the booking, the Guest confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined above.
