As we are based in a secluded Forest area one has to come prepared for occasional wildlife sighting and cautious of the surroundings. Monsoon season brings in bugs and millipedes.

Please be mindful of cleanliness. Do leave the place tidy and clean as possible. Dispose of the trash in the bins..

Your furry friends are most welcome at Mahua, but do take care of the linens inside rooms.

Housekeeping is done by the house help between 10:00 HRS - 14:00 HRS. Do let us know if you don't want your room cleaned for the day.

PLAYING CRICKET/FOOTBALL IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

Pool side parties are allowed only till 22:00 Hrs. Do not leave trash, plastic wrappers near pool. Feel free to party with music in the living area next to the rooms.

Breakfast timings are 08:30 - 10:00 Hrs and dinner timings are 20:00 - 22:00 Hrs, last order is taken at 22:30 Hrs

A change of bed linen is done every new booking and once a week for longer stays. Otherwise, change of bed linen is chargeable.

The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned during your booking.

Direct bookings & bookings from other portals except AIRBNB are subject to a suitable & REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT amount.

Any damage to the property/loss of items will be charged. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED INDOORS.

Only Airtel provides coverage in the area however we have a fibre Wi-Fi of 100+Mbps which provides connectivity via whatsapp and Wi-Fi/VoIP calls.

VISITORS ARE NOT ALLOWED. We will not be responsible for any lost items and damages. Please keep your valuables safe.

Be advised there's >no Driver accommodation at Mahua.

CCTVs are installed in public areas for your safety and protection. Cameras are on automation and might follow you.
